All 50 States Have Partially Reopened

On Wednesday, Connecticut became the last of the 50 states to implement some level of phased reopenings for businesses during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Some left-rated reports focused more on the fact that 18 states have seen a 10% or higher rise in coronavirus cases over the past seven days. Conversely, many right-rated reports concentrated more on the fact that 17 states had experienced at least a 10% reduction in the number of positive cases in the same seven-day span.

All states in America had begun a phased reopening of their economies as of Wednesday after shutting down non-essential businesses to stem the spread of COVID-19, the illness associated with the novel coronavirus.
