South Burlington man charged with attempted murder in hit-and-run
BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - A South Burlington man faces attempted murder charges after police say he used his car to run down another man Tuesday night.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. on Cherry Street. The Burlington Police say Jermaine Webber, 36, got into an argument with another man and then intentionally hit the individual with his car and took off.

Extra alarm blaze breaks out a building in Bridgeport officials say, residents displaced
An extra-alarm fire broke out Wednesday morning at an apartment building on the South Side in the Bridgeport neighborhood, fire officials said.
