Victim in North Portland fatal shooting identified
The man killed in a shooting on Friday in the East Columbia neighborhood of North Portland has been identified, according to a police statement. Alejandro Mondragon, 44, died around 12:30 p.m. in the area of North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Gertz Road, police officials said.
