Kershaw Correctional Institution officer charged, accused of allowing inmate to have phone
KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - A correctional officer at the Kershaw Correctional Institution was fired and charged after being accused of allowing an inmate to have a cell phone.
