Officials ID man shot to death this week on Raspberry Island in St. Paul
Officials on Wednesday released the identity of the man who was shot to death this week on Raspberry Island in downtown St. Paul. Marcus Anthony Baker Jr., 20, of St Paul, was shot during an altercation among a large group of people Monday night, police said. No arrests have been announced. 12-year-old boy fatally shot in St. Paul
Homicide detectives are investigating the fatal shooting of a 12-year-old boy Saturday morning in the 200 block of Stinson Street. Police were called to the area at 5 a.m. on reports that a juvenile male had been shot. When they arrived, they found a 12-year-old boy with a gunshot wound. St. Paul fire medics transported the boy to Regions Hospital where he later died. No further information

Fire torches Rand Paul’s Kentucky office
The fire severely damaged a commercial building on State Street that includes Paul’s local office, the Bowling Green Daily News reported.
