Two brothers shot dead in Slidell's first homicides of 2023
Two men were shot dead Saturday in Slidell's first homicides of 2023, the Police Department said.
The victims, thought to be brothers, were found in the 3100 block of Terrace Avenue at about 11 a.m. One died there, the other after paramedics took him to a hospital.
Police said they have identified a suspect but did not immediately arrest or publicly name that person.
