Man wanted for a fatal shooting in Colonial Beach last weekend turns himself in
A Colonial Beach man charged in connection with a June 9 broad daylight slaying in the town turned himself in Monday morning, police said. Timothy Edwin McDowney, 29, is charged with second-degree murder and using a firearm in the commission of a felony.
