PEC announces more than 6,000 acres conserved in 2023
More than 6,000 acres were conserved last year, according to the Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC). The council recently announced 6,315 acres were conserved in its nine-county area of Albemarle, Clarke, Culpeper, Fauquier, Greene, Loudoun, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock.
