A 23-year-old man was shot and killed in North Baltimore on Sunday night.
Officers responded around 9:55 p.m. to the 4900 block of Palmer Avenue in the Central Park Heights neighborhood and found the victim inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound to the neck, Baltimore Police said. Medics arrived, and the victim was declared dead at the scène, police said.
