Two drivers charged in fatal New Haven street racing crash in 2022, police say
NEW HAVEN — New Haven police say they have charged two drivers with first-degree manslaughter in connection with a serious 2022 street racing crash that killed 30-year-old Carlos Gonzalez.
Six other people were also injured in the crash, which occurred during the early hours the day before Halloween and involved five vehicles, police said.

Connecticut crime continues to drop in 2022: report
