5 people shot, injured at Kent street race
Five people were shot at a street race in Kent early Sunday morning, multiple news outlets reported.
A patrol sergeant was investigating a nearby collision when gunfire was heard, reports said. The incident took place near South 180th Street; news reports said a large crowd had gathered.
Officers found five people who had been shot. All five were taken to hospitals.
