Kamala Harris must be bold

Candy Woodall nailed it with her recent column, “Harris is soaring. Could pro-Palestinian protesters drag her down?” (Aug. 13). Yes, a second Donald Trump administration would be terrible for the Palestinians. However, at this time they are victims of a genocide, possibly far into the future. I live in Maryland and unless there is a cut-off of U.S. aid to Israel, I will vote uncommitted. However, the Kamala Harris-Tim Walz ticket will win Maryland, a safe state.
