ODU linebacker Jason Henderson picks up two more preseason honors

Old Dominion linebacker Jason Henderson collected two more preseason honors Tuesday. The senior from Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, has made the preseason watch list for the Butkus Award, which recognizes the nation’s best linebacker. He also earned preseason first-team All-America honors by the Sporting News. On Monday, Henderson made the Chuck Bednarik Award watch list. That honors the best defensive player in the country.
