Half of GP Surgeries Taking ‘Collective Action’

Survey by medical journal suggests more practices could limit appointments and ‘work to rule’ with half prepared to escalate action if demands are not met. The survey of 283 practices found that 46 percent were already taking some kind of action while a further 20 percent said they were planning to do so.
