Costco gas pumps to open this week in Covington. Store opening soon.

The new Costco store in Covington isn't set to open until Aug. 28. But you can idle up to the gas pumps starting at 8 a.m. Wednesday, according to store manager David Hernandez. The $46 million, 159,000-square-foot store sits on 12 acres at the Nord du Lac shopping center on Pinnacle Parkway off Interstate 12.
