When voters in New York state head to the polls Nov. 5, there may be one less candidate on the ballot. That’s because Judge Christina Ryba ruled Monday that independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. falsely said he lived in the state on nominating petitions. This, therefore, renders those documents invalid.
