Speakers Oppose Rye Harbor Proposal for $1M Changes at PDA Meeting

RYE, NH — Residents and business owners in Rye Harbor called for more transparency after a plan by the Pease Development Authority to build what some call a "raised strip mall" in the harbor entryway was strongly opposed during a meeting Thursday morning.
