A first-of-its kind housing project comes to Cupertino

CUPERTINO — In a first-of-its kind project, the city is preparing to build 40 new homes designated for low-income residents and those with developmental disabilities. The project will be located along Mary Avenue next to Highway 85 on less than an acre of city-owned property.
