North Little Rock opens cooling center again

A North Little Rock cooling center will be open again on Wednesday to offer respite from summer temperatures. The city opened the cooling center at 2700 Willow St. on Monday and Tuesday, and the location will open again from noon to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, a news release states.
