Josh Shapiro Appears at Harris-Walz Rally to Shout Himself Hoarse

Although he ultimately wasn't Vice President Kamala Harris' running mate pick, Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) still made an appearance at the rally in Philadelphia that Harris and Gov.
