NSW Government Seeking to Put State CFMEU Branch Into Administration

After seeking to put the national CFMEU office into administration, the government is now seeking similar action against its NSW branch. The New South Wales (NSW) government has asked the NSW Industrial Court to appoint an administrator for the state’s construction and general division of the Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union (CFMEU).
