Major flooding in Westbrook shuts down roads

This story will be updated. Flooding during heavy rainstorms has shut down roads in Westbrook. The National Weather Service had issued a flash flood warning for southern Cumberland and northern York counties on Sunday. As of the latest rainfall reports, at least 1 to 2 inches of rain has already fallen throughout that region, with the potential for 1 or 2 inches more to fall this morning.
