Hunter Biden sentencing set for Nov. 13

(Wilmington, DE) -- Hunter Biden will be sentenced in his Delaware federal gun case on November 13th.
In June, he was found guilty on all three federal felony gun charges he faced. He faces up to 25 years in prison.
The charges were connected to when he bought a gun in 2018.
Prosecutors said he lied about his drug use on a federal background check form.
Hunter Biden is the first child of a sitting president to be convicted of a crime during their time in office.
