Police shoot man in Frederick motel during barricade, authorities say

Police in Frederick shot a man who barricaded himself inside a motel early Friday morning, the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office said. Police did not release the name of the 45-year-old suspect, who authorities say was wanted on a felony warrant for child sexual assault and abuse charges in Pennsylvania.
