Virginia Tech men announce nonleague schedule

The Virginia Tech men's basketball program announced its full nonconference schedule Thursday. The Hokies will open the season at home against Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference member Delaware State on Nov. 4. Delaware State went 15-19 overall and 6-9 in the MEAC last season. Tech last played Delaware State in the 2022-23 season, with the Hokies winning 95-57. Virginia Tech will host Big South member USC Upstate on Nov. 8.
