Tulsa officer and K9 win national award for heroic pursuit and arrest

A Tulsa Police Officer and K9 partner won an award from the United States Police Canine Association, Inc. K9 Officer Houck, a seven-year veteran of the Tulsa Police Department (TPD) and a four-year veteran of the Tulsa Police K9 Corps, serves as the West Region United States Police Canine Association National Vice President.
