Big Head Burger holding burger-eating contest to benefit food bank

WATERLOO — Big Head Burger will hold its second annual "Best Fest" on Aug. 17 with a burger eating contest to benefit the Northeast Iowa Food Bank. The festival will also feature nearly a dozen locally-owned downtown Waterloo businesses as well as live music and party favors.
