Distinguished recognition

During the July 11 meeting of the Weirton Area Water Board, Weirton Utilities Director A.D. “Butch” Mastrantoni was recognized with the George Warren Fuller Award, an award presented at the state level by the American Water Works Association for distinguished service in the water supply field.
