County launches Bixby, new virtual assistant for Treasurer-Tax Collection Office

SALINAS >> The County of Monterey is launching its first-ever virtual assistant and chatbot and it’s called Bixby. The virtual assistant will help residents and businesses that work with the Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office according to the county. The county ran a successful beta phase that began in March, and the system is now fully tested and operational.
