PITTSBURGH (TNS) — The Biden administration on Wednesday took steps to close a loophole that allowed foreign steelmakers like China to dodge tariffs by funneling product through Mexico. The new rules require greater supply chain reporting in an effort to enforce a 25% tariff on imported steel not melted or poured in Mexico.
