PARK CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A head-on collision between a pick-up truck and a Summit County deputy shut down SR-40 through Summit County early Tuesday morning, July 9. The crash was reported near milepost three just after 7 a.m., according to information from the Utah Department of Transportation. As of 8 a.m., authorities shut down the highway’s eastbound lanes, bringing traffic to a halt for several miles. Lt.
