Paradise Valley voters will choose a new mayor in the July 30 election who will lead the town on key policy issues from short-term rentals to water conservation over at least the next two years. The town’s mayor, Jerry Bien-Willner, isn’t running for a fourth term. He has led the town since 2019, so Paradise Valley is guaranteed to get its first new mayor since before the COVID-19 pandemic.
