Hull man arrested after pursuit

HULL, Iowa -- A Hull man was arrested Saturday after allegedly threatening people with a knife and leading law enforcement officers on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle. The Sioux County Sheriff's Office had been notified earlier of an attempted vehicle theft at a Hull residence, where Isidro Encarnacion was accused of threatening family members with a large knife. When officers arrived, they observed Encarnacion driving the vehicle that had been described as stolen.
