Flags across Connecticut will be lowered to half-staff into this weekend, as state Department of Transportation worker Andrew DiDomenico is laid to rest, Gov. Ned Lamont's office said Wednesday. DiDomenico, 26, was fatally struck by a driver while working along the roadside in Wallingford last week, officials said.
