Jacksonville police investigating deadly Sunday morning shooting

JACKSONVILLE, Ark. – Police in Jacksonville are investigating a shooting that left a 17-year-old dead Sunday night. According to the Jacksonville Police Department, the incident happened in the 1100 block of Heather Street Sunday morning shortly after 3 a.m. When officers responded, they said that they found a 17-year-old girl suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
