Time for one of my favorite Sunday Bests of the year: the annual roundup of People at Royal Ascot Wearing Enormous Flowers on Their Heads. It’s a tradition to wear fanciful headwear to the annual horse racing event in Ascot (a town in Berkshire, England) — Eliza Doolittle famously did it, as part of a glorious black-and-white ensemble in the “My Fair Lady” movie.
