Supreme Court decides discipline for ex-ACLU attorney over relationship with inmate

The Nebraska Supreme Court on Friday suspended the legal license of the longtime former legal counsel for the ACLU of Nebraska for 90 days over a romantic relationship she had with an inmate in 2019 while she was still with the organization.
