PRIDE event makes adjustments following downtown issues

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The area’s longest-running PRIDE celebration will take place Saturday in downtown Youngstown but not without some changes from their original plans. This is the 15th year for PRIDE Youngstown along Phelps Street, following a parade that begins at noon in front of the Tyler History Museum and heads over to Commerce Street.
