ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - Alaska’s top judge is going to retire in January of 2025. The state’s Judicial Council is already planning on how it will fill the expected vacancy on the Supreme Court when Chief Justice Peter Maassen ends his more than 12 years of serving on the high court.
