CT men charged with carjacking NYC driver with machine guns, police say

Two men from Waterbury are facing charges in New York City, after police said they carjacked a person at gunpoint in Harlem Friday night. The New York Police Department said it received a 911 call around 11:30 p.m. that night for a robbery in progress near West 146 Street and Bradhurst Avenue.
