A fire in Los Angeles County has consumed nearly 15,000 acres

(CNN) — A fire in Los Angeles County that forced the evacuations of hundreds of people from a state park has burned nearly 15,000 acres, authorities said Sunday, just one day after it started. The Post Fire was only 2% contained as of Sunday midday, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.
