The U.S. Supreme Court unanimously rejected on Thursday a move to ban a widely used abortion pill, ending a case that could have drastically reduced access to reproductive care for millions of Americans. Siding with plaintiffs would have added further obstacles for Texans, who have almost no legal access to abortion in the state.
