For the second time in two weeks, a body was discovered at a Brockton wastewater treatment plant. Around 11 a.m. Thursday, a man’s body was found in the water at the treatment plan, which is located at 303 Oak Hill Way. According to a Brockton Enterprise report, the family of a man who had been missing since late May says the deceased person was Robert McCarthy. Authorities have not publicly identified the body. McCarthy’s cousin, Marnie McCarthy, told the news outlet that investigators don’t suspect foul play in his death....
