Second body found in Brockton wastewater plant

For the second time in two weeks, a body was discovered at a Brockton wastewater treatment plant. Around 11 a.m. Thursday, a man’s body was found in the water at the treatment plan, which is located at 303 Oak Hill Way. According to a Brockton Enterprise report, the family of a man who had been missing since late May says the deceased person was Robert McCarthy. Authorities have not publicly identified the body.
