H Mart purchases SF shopping center for $37M

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A popular Korean-American grocery chain continues its expansion in the Bay Area. H Mart purchased an entire shopping center in San Francisco. H Mart purchased Oceanview Village Shopping Center in May for approximately $37 million, a city spokesperson confirmed to KRON4. H Mart, which opened in 1982 in New York, purchased the shopping center from Colorado-based Broe Real Estate Group.
