Alleged graffiti offender repping ‘Rough Tough Huguenot’ accused of North Shore incidents; arraigned on felony charges

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — An Annadale man charged with vandalizing businesses and MTA property on the borough’s North Shore was arraigned this week on felony charges in state Supreme Court, St. George.

Peter Affrunti, 43, of Wendy Drive, used the tags “TOPIK,” “RTH” and “1134″ at locations along Bay Street in Rosebank, Clifton and Stapleton, court documents allege.
