Greenville County takes possession of future 52-acre regional park site in Simpsonville

SIMPSONVILLE — Greenville County has officially taken ownership of a property just north of Simpsonville that will soon be home to a new 52-acre regional park. The Oakland Plantation once operated on the site, and centuries-old buildings that still stand there will be incorporated into the coming amenity.
