1 dead in 2-vehicle crash at Briargate and Chapel Hills

A two-car crash Sunday night left one person dead and another seriously injured, Colorado Springs police said. Around 9 p.m., police said two vehicles collided in the intersection of Chapel Hills Drive and Briargate Parkway. Colorado Springs police said one vehicle was eastbound on Briargate and approaching Chapel Hills Drive, when the other vehicle, which was westbound on Briargate, attempted to turn left onto Chapel Hills Drive.
