Tuesday marks 1st public hearing for $1.45 billion Seattle transportation levy proposal

Seattle voters have a chance to be heard on what could be the largest transportation levy ever put on a ballot. The Seattle City Council is holding one of two public hearings around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Earlier this month, Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell introduced the eight-year, $1.45 billion plan.
