Community Briefs: Bank celebrates new center; city to talk ballot issues; and more

The public is invited Wednesday to a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Opportunity Bank of Montana’s Operations and Conference Center at 1550 Vandelay Ave. Opportunity Bank of Montana will be joined by the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce to announce the official completion of its operations center.
