CHICAGO — Hundreds of people are expected to gather Sunday at a historic Catholic church in Uptown on the city’s North Side to celebrate its final Mass. Parishioners, meanwhile, are still trying to save the church from closure. Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, located at 4640 North Ashland Avenue, is holding its final Mass at 1 p.m. Sunday.
